Proper Risk Management and the customer's true satisfaction have been his watermarks for over 22 years in the business world. Although he believes business innovation and growth are imperative to survive, he is a true family man. His wife of 17 years and 3 children are the real reason for his success, and he is quick to admit that without his family's support none of his accomplishments would have come to fruition. His core belief is to differentiate from the competition and deliver a product that is unique, and one that will exceed the customer's expectations. 

  

Brent M. Schake, CEO, and founder of Schake Construction, Inc. has been in the building and component industry for 27 years, specializing in the panelization and delivery of residential and commercial projects throughout the local region. He is very serious about business but is as serious about his family. He has been married for 19 years and has 4 children, all of whom are successful and respected, following their fathers lead. His true passion is constructing quality, custom projects using the latest equipment to obtain the best efficiency possible. His belief is to find a niche in the construction arena, his area of expertise, and nurture those ideas to help assure his continued success and the success of those around him. 

  

In 2003 the two joined forces bringing both their strengths to the partnership and have evolved both their businesses into thriving entities. With the creation of U-Built Dreamhomes, Inc., a corporation to help people realize their dream of building and owning their own home, and their commitment to developing strategies to better assist those people in becoming successful, is their ultimate goal. U-Built Dreamhomes, Inc. is on the cutting edge of technology and has proven this by delivering various structures to the masses by using panelized products, which are shipped to the job site to be erected, by either the homeowner, local contractor, or their own crews.
